All street cars must have them and I assume racing cars too. On modern street vehicles they are usually hidden somewhere. Behind a plastic cover in the bumper or something. Look around at street cars, they all should have it.
Depending on the car, but nowadays plnty have it on the back as well. On our introduction days we found some didn't have it there, which resulted in creative towing/pulling out of mud.. So many bent C-pillars or roofs.. A very odd sight that was

Yeah, at track days you have pop the cover off and screw the towing-eye in incase you have an accident or whatever whilst out on the track, it's so the rescue guys can get the car quickly out of the way
