    Prototype something

This started out as an 80HP diesel here.

Since then it morphed into something else, probably sporting a 600HP-ish petrol engine, vents, ducts and the rest.

Take heed, it's not an artwork, but it was fun creating it.

EDIT: 1st and 2nd pics attached.

lemme guess, Elise through the mid section, gallardo hood, lights, and wheels. With a touch of Ferrari and something else in the back(360 modena?)

Yep, does kind of look like a Lambo. Not sure how it happened though, it just did!

    Thanks man.

That's quite possible since I like all those cars you mention, and I usually end up incorporating elements from cars I like in my designs anyway.

I didn't use anything as reference though, just started out with a line, then another, then another etc.

Ended up like this, a mix of it all!

I'll add the previous pics to show the timeline.

EDIT: Sorry, didn't mean to double-post.

Looks much better with the open rear wheel and those aerodynamics. And yes, something from Lambo

Reminds me of so many cars.. It reminds me most of a McLaren F1

599 GTB, Viper SRT10, Elise, and possibly a Skyline?

I would rather say..eerr...Fiorano + TVR Cerbera, previous Corvette and something else, Invicta maybe. Oh, yes, and Hoffmeister's window line
But it looks good, and it's gonna be really fast - look at the brakes - any Civic or Liana doesn't need such big ones...

    Hehe, yep, it's a mish-mash of a lot of things - again.

The tail's a mix between an M3 CSL and Zagato DB7; middle portion Viper, Concept CS, F599, CSL (again, this time the roof); everything A-pillars forward is pretty much a mix of Viper, Vette and 8C.

Oh yeah, probably some Skyline and concept MM in there somewhere as well.

I don't make it look like something else on purpose, it just sort of happens. Kind of like the Chinese

Something I been working on lately. Tried to get the proportions more realistic-looking, in other words not so upright.

Might try a front and back view next.

    EDIT:

Sigh, seems there's something wrong with my JPEG... Sorting it now.

    EDIT:

    Finally! A working image!

I like it. It has a bit if Toyota TS1020 GT-One at the back, and a bit of Bentley EXP Spd. 8 at the roof-line. Nice.

    Thanks Waggles.

I think I got the height to length ratio a bit better this time, looking at my two previous jobs they're definitely too high.

    EDIT:

    Wireframe added
