Zastrava 10: 2nd chance for the Fiat Punto

Fiat already had the new Grande Punto, sow there shouldn't be any place for the Punto. Well, you're wrong, because it will live on as the Zastrava 10.

After the Balkan-war, the Zastrava factory's were ruined. Before they buileded Fiat-licenced cars. However, the Servians factoryworkers went to Mirifiori to get to know the ins and outs of the Punto.

In the future the first "old" Punto's with the 1.2l engine (60bhp) will be produced in Zastrava. Before the end of 2006 the first 7000 cars must be finished. Then the production will be moved to Kragujevac, were 18.000 cars per year will be made.

Zastrava wants to offer the car with a lower price than the Dacia Logan. However the Zastrava is standerd equiped with powered steering, electric windows, airbags and even airco.

Doesn't have to be bad. It's Fiat technique all the way...

It would be one of the most reliable and luxurious cars on the road too! (compared to other cars there)
