I thought Matt said it would be an one day ban. However, in a later post he mentioned that it was meant to be a lifetime ban when he talked to Wouter.
I guess Wouter and other admins (if there were any that involved in the decision) were kind enough to give UK Car another chance.

He'll be back within a day. Perhaps he can be funny and loveable without going out of his way to push Wouters patience to the limit.

yes, he had a bad sig and he woould just cahange it back when Wouter changed it, but he was gonna be banned soon cause his jokes were getting too mean. the onlly sad thing is when I get home from work, it is back to the old Karrmann bashing routene again, which sucks, cause I saw him get banned.
