i dont think the 'banned' title is something that automatically happens i think the mods just modify where it would say 'member' or whatever, so there will be inconsistencies

I thought Matt said it would be an one day ban. However, in a later post he mentioned that it was meant to be a lifetime ban when he talked to Wouter.
I guess Wouter and other admins (if there were any that involved in the decision) were kind enough to give UK Car another chance.
