    The Wiessmann certainly looks better than the Morgans. I think it has a tuned M3 engine? My fantasy production car would feature a tuned BMW engine.

    Has to be the Jaguar E-Type. Looks so good and supposed to have lovely controllable oversteer.

    They can be had with several BMW engines, including sixes, eights and tens. But they are not modified AFAIK.

    Jag XK120 or Austin Healy 3000. Both were, and still are, joys to drive. Judge them in their time and not against overhyped and undertalented "modern" cars. They were not unreliable if maintained properly, just like modern cars. They just needed more of it.

    Aston Martin DB5 Vantage (in bright red with a black leather interior).

    However, XKE is a reasonably priced classic and an excellent car to drive.

    Purely from a collectibility stand point it has to be the D-Type.
