There are some grumblings of a new Ford GT, but hey, I'll take anything.

I read something ..2016 ¿? sure to be a good car:-)
by the way the car that I filmed encounter that sounds very weak ...
I think the V8 engine would have to sound better ..do not you think?

I own a GT40 Replica built from a 'Roaring Forties' (sadly, now defunct) kit and after jumping numerous bureaucratic obstacles had it road registered with a brand new Ford SVO 302, driving through a heavily modified Subaru WRX transaxle.
If you want the real sound, my stainless steel bundle of snakes exhaust system delivers, despite the A$9,000.00 fabrication bill.
While the rest of the components are derived from modern day performance sources, the car runs quad Webers and as many 'period' parts as practical.
Built over five years I've attempted to keep the spirit of the GT40, even down to the ventilated seats and vintage fixtures and fittings.
We formed a small owners group and only allow cars that run push rod Ford engines built along the lines of my version.
No strange engines, flashy wheels and strange paint work, replicas they might be, but we do aim for some authenticity.
Modern day attempts at a 'Ford GT' powered by a supercharged truck engine are vehicles we look down on, mere baubles for the uninformed and oil rich wealthy.
And FTR, I stopped counting the money when it reached A$250,000.00!

    I love this yellow gt40!
the previous video was recorded in Europe (Spain)
as the engine is a coyote v8 with over 400hp I thought to European regulations could be the cause of low exhaust sound
