    The styling is... fine. But all that matters is how it drives.

    Also, no turbos apparently. And a coupé in the works.

    Sounds interesting.

    Most publications seem to be choosing unfortunate first pictures of the Mazda. Like most extremely sloped hoods (Lotus Elise, Alfa 4C, etc) they are difficult to photograph and maintain perspective. The side shots show that it has very similar proportions to the outgoing car, the front shots make it look like some kind of fine Italian shoe.

    But the styling does remind me of this car... a sign perhaps?!

    Well, the Alfa Spider is dead, but there is an Abarth/Fiat coming off that newly unveiled MX-5.

    Don't mind it but I would prefer an 86 on appearance alone. A friend of mine gets hers in a month or so.
