    The car of your dreams?

What is the car of your dreams?

If you could pick just one car no matter the price.
Imagine a you were a famous actor or something like that
and a car company of you choice would knock at your door and ask you to pick one car.
You would not be allowed to sell the car or drive any other car.
    What would be your choice?

    But the Mercedes-Benz SLR Mclaren
of course that i would prefer some historic cars

If you should see a man walking down a crowded street talking aloud to himself, don't run in the opposite direction, but run towards him, because he's a poet. You have nothing to fear from the poet - but the truth.

That means that it has to be practical, carry some people and some luggage over longer distances in some comfort, have a reasonable mileage, in short a diesel powered break that does not torture your back but does the job for you. I got one like that so I have stopped dreaming, until it is due for replacement.

Yeah well, in that point i'm just too egoistic to think of other people when having this choice.
Since i have no kids yet i don't need 4 seats.
Friends will have to look for someone else to give them a ride.
I mean hey this could be your drem car. How can you think of a diesel?
I'd work extra shifts if i couldn't afford the fuel

did you see the comparison Auto Motor und sport made between the new BMW 535d and the Mercedes E400CDI? (it was on Deutsche Welle TV last night) Did you ever drive a modern diesel? Then you would probably be less derogative about diesels.

I'm not derogative about diesels in any way!
    I drive a diesel myself...

And if they had a diesel-Vanquish S V12 with the same specs then i'd pick the diesel

Well you asked me how I could think of a diesel. You just proved that it is not soo difficult

It's still difficult to think of a diesel when you have the choice to pick ANY car you want.
The BMW 535d might be a nice ride just as the E400CDI might be.
I'd still take the M5 over the 535d and the E55 AMG over the E400CDI anytime...
