    congratulations, i love the Alfa 156 and 159. I realy love the 147, and the 147 GTA is fab, you can get one of them for about £6,000 now.

    True but i've seen the maintanance bills for the 3.2. Youch!!!

    Well the car failed it's MOT for 2 reasons, first was an inch long piece of glass wedged into the O/S rear and the second was that the parking lights don't come on with the ignition off but they do with the ignition on. It's going on the diagnostics machine on Tuesday so that the electrician knows what the problem is and then it'll be re-tested next week. Frustrating as all hell but hey-ho, i'm sure it'll be worth the wait.

    Don't see how they claim the lights an MOT failure.
    Get them to walk your through the MOT manual on that one. .... I sense "con"
