Probably not. They actually put the engine under the car in that car. They went all out on that one. Mid-engine RWD usually means really good balance. Also, besides this balance, the 0-60 for the RS8 forcus is 4.4 seconds. For the W12 its 3.7 (0-62)

The engine is in the car, but low-mounted for good center of gravity.
