What a name.
Anyway, so this story starts back just after I got my first car, an '88 N13 Pulsar hatch. It was flawed, but I loved it, as you should with your first car. I'd been looking at some EXAs (Pulsar coupe with a T-top), and decided I wanted one, so I started saving for one. Eventually, because I couldn't find one I liked (I wanted a mint condition 1990 budget sports car, what chance did I have?), I settled on a 160hp 4th gen Honda Prelude Si. My plan was to wait for Uni holidays, save up a bit and get one, but by that stage I had enough for the 190hp VTi-R, so I switched my sights to one of them. Unfortunately they're quite rare, so I couldn't find a good one...and I settled on this 300ZX. I've spend all the money I had, and some that wasn't mine, and it's worth it.
Note that I very deliberately got an original condition one, with no modifications. I intend to keep it that way, except for the head unit perhaps.
As an added note, P-platers (inexperienced drivers) in Australia aren't allowed forced induction or 8 or more cylinders, making this one of the quicker cars I'm allowed to own.
