What size are the pictures supposed to come out? I have no idea of the phone, but mobile phones are made for quick snaps when you don't have a camera with you, not to make high resolution pictures, thus the quality sucks.

Maybe the phone's picture quality just plain sucks. If it's supposed to be good or something (sorry i don't know phones) then check some picture taking settings like possibly quality, or picture compression or size or something like that.

lens is clean, the pictures look good, but when i save them the quality gets reduced. MP we all know u cant afford a phone.....
