Yup, I've seen a number of them and I have been thinking of doing one for quite some time. Labor here is cheap and there are plenty of mini chassis'.

The owner of the "ringmini" has two (I think), plus a Kart with a GSX-R engine. I saw a couple videos and that one is just silly!!!

There are also some "miniki's" (Minis with Suzuki Swift GTi motors worth 100 hp) already on the street around here. Ohh! and a miniki with a turbo, but I don't really know if that finally hit the street (saw at the shop).

A Nissan VK54DE into a Soarer (Lexus SC), it was a gun with the 4.L V8 it'd be unstoppable with a modern 5.4L.
