    Homecoming

    i was wondering who's school had a homecoming dance or is having one, and what you thought about it?

    mine:
    dinner=great
    date=extremely pretty
    dance=sucked ass (10 song playlist for 3 hours, 110 degrees, and 2 (not exaggerating, 2 is that actual number) slow songs)

    so yeah how did yours go

    Looking for the new world
    In that palace in the sun
    On the shore lay Montezuma

    My school is a bunch of over protected, incredibly snobbily rich-b*tches, who just happen to share religions with me. And I hate them. But yeah, as the administration is more over-protective then our parents, we don't have a homecoming - Finding a party instead

    In one word....sucked. Though, my date was gorgeous, the homecoming planners did a horrible job. Stupid songs, it was hot, and everyone left early because it was boring.

    I've always wondered why they call them "homecoming"? Homecoming is when you went away and came back. Who the hell went away in the first place??

    Mine was ok....although this is Plano and everyone showed up in limos. I didn't have a date, just hung out with friends.

    What really sucked sort of was that either was limos or some luxury. However, you'd be surprised how much attention a 300Hp Acura and 944 Turbo get.

    A dance. Not a formal for us. Just a chance to have fun with school mates.

    I've only gone to my school's homecoming's once, freshman year. I decided that it sucks so much that I wasn't going any more.
