Paul Allen is the kind of millionaire (billionaire, I assume) that I like. He doesn't have any problem with spending loads of money to follow his hobbies. He doesn't really walk all over people.

I heard that he was vacationing on his 330' yacht when he arrived at a port that refused to dock such a massive boat. Apperenntly he went to shore, bought the entire docking facility, and then moored there...

I wouldn't really consider that walking all over people. That's just using your resources to your advantage. He had to have given them a fair amount or they wouldn't have sold it.
