the cowards should have fielded an LMP1 car and not enter a class which is intended for privateers. They could have taken Audi head-on...but now that Porscche seems to control VAG, let's see what happens...knowing the attitude of Herr Wiedeking against diesels, the Audi programme might be cancelled

Who wants a tractor on a race track anyway...?

Here are some pics I took at the Houston race this year. If you get the chance I highly recommend American LeMans; they give you ridiculous pit access.

Erm, do they really dismantle the car that much for transport?

    Spares perhaps....

At any rate I am going to the ALMS race at Mosport(as I have done in the last 4 years), though I just remember seeing a naked RS Spyder on their site but haven't seen anything close to a "media-sized" pic of it...

I don´t think the acess is at all ridiculous, if you´re paying you should get something special. The race can be seen at home with all data and comments, at the track beyond actually "feeling" tha all "atmosphere" you should be able to see more stuff!

You'd think so, until you go to other series' race where you get to see pretty much nothing.....

i requested these pics just before the most recent ones were added but they were not included.

here are the ones from their site, they may get deleted from the post because theyre small but hopefully someone who can could find the full versions.

You should have no problem at the ALMS race...

I have a feeling they don't want us to see it....lol

Supposedly Porsche has been quite secretive about this car in all the preseason testing, not letting photographer get close when the bodyworks are off....

Like the R10 it is quite a piece of work mechanically and differs greatly from other LMP cars....
