While I understand why they're doing, I feel like it's stupid making an electric version of a Toyota 2000GT.
Just the base car is so valuable that why bother with the electric conversion in the first place?

Good idea, stupid execution.
Especially when they sell at crazy prices!

Wow, time has not been good to Mike.
If not for the voice, he'd be barely recognizable.

Such an epic thread.

Yeah, 10 years can go by in a hurry... and CSL values have come a long way in that time. £4,000-30,000? £30,000-100,000 now.
Mike & Edd's new season has been interesting, so far all cars bought in the USA. BIG difference in the usual budgets... now they're numbers that sound more normal. Watching episodes just 3-4 years old, what they bought and sold cars for seemed unbelievably cheap to me.

Holy crap, I didn't realize it was just 12 years ago, I thought that video was from the mid 90's. A beer belly in 12 years.
It's kind of like how the Honda CR-X and Civic Si would probably fetch a lot more now than it did 5 or 10 years ago.
I'm sure early M3s are really worth a lot now, and the Mercedes 190E Evo too.
Things like early Toyota MR2s, AE 86s (not for the right reasons though) and Supra Celicas are probably worth more now that people realize what boring cars the Japanese makers churn up.
I've watched some of their USA based shows, they are interesting. But they'd get no profit if Ed didn't do all the work pro bono.
That nice. Better than white.

I paid a visit to Jeff's Motorcars and saw two Vector M12s, chassis 001 and 012.

I just don't like these cars. There is something about them that makes them so unattractive.
They're over-done in a way that surpasses even Lamborghini.
