Honda made an Integra 4 door hatchback, I thought that was a really cool car. We drove the crap out of it and loaded about 1000 lbs worth of stone into the car. And after a change of an intake manifold and mufflers, sounded really really nice, even though for the most part it ran on 3 cylinders.
Yet now they make garbage like the Crosstour, which is way heavier, taller and more expensive than it needs to be.
What were they thinking?
An AU Falcon. It's everything I hate in a car. Numb steering, slushy auto, rattly low rent interior.. ugh.
Life's too short to drive bad cars.
as of today i have driven every generation of mazda 323
WOOOO

Now THAT's one to tell the grandkids!

2007 Mini Cooper (My girlfriends "new to her" one) It was nice. The seats are comfortable and supportive, the acceleration is good considering it's not an "S" and the handling was very nice and direct. I did find the ride a tad harsh on the back country roads that haven't been paved in quite some time but overall a nice experience. It was hard to gain a very strong impression since my drive was rather brief.
A Smart Fortwo 62 Coupé (84bhp).
A very short test drive, but enough to notice that the pedals have a very odd feeling, the gearbox is basically shit and there really isn't any handling at all. For a city car visibility was also somewhat limited by small rear view mirrors.
Good points? The engine was moderately powerful which allowed for moderately quick progress, when the gearbox wanted to work that is. Small dimensions are useful to move about around heavy traffic.
The car I drove had pretty much everything, including flappy paddles and sat-nav, but weirdly no rev-counter.
Worse of all is, they are asking 11 grand for a much more basic, 70 bhp version. For that sort of money you could buy lots of other things, including, you know, a car.

Visca Catalunya!
I drove one at an M-B test event and I thought it was an absolute piece of garbage.
Mind you, it was only for about 90 seconds, but those 90 seconds left quite the impression of complete shittiness.
I think my test drive lasted for about 600 seconds.
More than utter shitness I was more concerned by failing to see the point of it.

Small, expensive, not really good on gas, and a bad car.
Makes sense!
For the price you could buy a car and a scooter does pretty much everything the Smart does for a much lower price/cost.
So I still can't see the point.
