Development prototypes' been running around for a while, though this was the first I've seen....

My friend who works for the company that makes the battery pack for them just recently got a development car here in MI also...Apparently there might be as much as 5 cars in MI for various suppliers...

The front of the Fisker still doesn't look right to me, but either way it makes sense a few would be in development use. Would be sorta comic if Tesla had vehicles in use by the same suppliers. Michigan has many high tech firms working on next generation transportation systems... how many battery/control companies are in the Detroit area? Does your friend work for A123?
Never own more cars than you can keep charged batteries in...

Chevy Montana. Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to see the plates, but I would assume it's visiting from South or Central America. That's quite a trek, especially considering that it looked showroom fresh.

Apparently the Latin Americans love 'em. Even Peugeot has a FWD mini-ute.
Speaking of Pugs, I saw a diesel 505 on the road the other day. I was startled to say the least.

    I'd hit dat.

Saw a brand-new C-Class coupe today and I have to say that I really can't understand all the moaning about the design. Yes, it has B-Pillars (which I also don't like on a Merc Coupe), but the overall design works pretty well. Sounded good, too (C350 with sports exhaust ).

I saw an unusual open roadster today at lunchtime but I'm not sure what it was. It looked like the illegitimate offspring of a Lotus and a Porsche Boxster...
