If newish members think this woul dhave helped then we need to get UCP to put a smiilar message on the Forum main screen.
It does little use hidden down here in a thread
So all you newbies, how did you know to join and would an invitation at the top of the forum been helpful ?

With the proposed combining of the main UCP comments and the forum this all may be moot anyway
