    imagine this concept-
    rx7 body
with a flat 6 twin turbo
    and an awd drivetrain

    would this fit/work?

If you've got enough money anything is possible. You could probably source a Porsche 911 Carrera 4 drivetrain for the AWD and flat 6. But you'd probably be better off using a 2JZ out of a Supra.

Wow, a Supra motor with a Skyline drivetrain in a RX-7. It's like a fanboy wet dream.

hmmm......that doesn't sound so bad, now if it was a 240sx it woulda been betta:P, not bad on an RX-7 though.

or you could scrap the rice idea, buy a 911 turbo for less, but more performance

    1. you would have to much unnecessary weight....2 heads/ sets of cams/valves/rockers etc.......The rotary engine is probably 1/2 the weight.

    2. To do this you will screw up the cars balance.

3.Who would want to spend thousands of dollars to get somthing that goes slower that what thay first started out with?

    WHY????
