I'm gonna go out on a limb here and suggest it probably wasn't recorded. If something like that is not on youtube or google video, it's just about certain not to exist.

Are you sure there is a video of that guy who got clocked in texas. I'm pretty sure it would've just been a low quality photo of the license plate or something of that sort.
