I would buy a 360, or a 430. and maybe even a 355 if it was in good shape. definitely not a 348.

an xbox on the other hand, i can't say one way or the other. i have a ps3 and hardly play it. except for my wife playing rockband.

I'd go with the 360 Challenge Stradale, good package IMO, and it's got a 120GB hard disk. I have one.

Not sure about the 360 Modena, only 60GB...

I'm sorry but the 360 CS has a stupid flappy paddle controller. When the batteries are dying it refuses to change gear and it goes tits in the middle of the game.

I'm not sure, you generally need drivers to support them, I have no idea whether the Xbox does or does not have them. I doubt it, microsoft wouldn't want to lose money like that

The best way to go is using a network cable or the proper X-box Live wireless system.
