    how do you compress pictures?

    i wanted to post some pictures but the attachments mangaer says they're too big. how do i make them smaller?

    it can be done through paint...
    open it in paint and resave it as a jpeg even if it is already a jpeg, knocks about 300kb off a 700kb pic... i dont know how it works but it does

    if you run Windows XP and Office you right click the picture and where it says: open with, select Microsoft Office Picture Manager, which allow you to manipulate the size of pic.

    yeh if you have PS or something you can change the pics physical size and that will make it smaller.

    Photoshop or paint will do. In paint you can change the physical size by selecting "attributes" up the top.
