I would like to test at Monza... I think the first turn could be a massive obstruction if you don't have any exprerience what so ever...

aslong as people think of the fact that you got cold brakes, cold tires, and problably some downforce issues because your close to the person infront of you, you'll be safe

The downside is you can lose tho -- by doing everythign you said above

Number of times over the years in many sims that you are in pack at the first corner, braking early and somone PLOUGHS into the back of you

One of the reasons I loved GPL was that you got to know the guys you raced against and they knew you. So folks knew I was usually slow in fast out on corners and woulndt' get too close coming to braking zone. It's going to take a while for us all to be there

I'm happier starting last and working up !!!! Usually good for 10 places by the secodn corner


So it's worth paying attention to how others drive and to remember that when they are in front or behind you.
Race replays are well worth perusing and using the in car camera of someone else to see how they go about passing or defending.

I can say Estroil is evil, after the test i had on it last night with Wouter. Crazy!

Yeha, il put a monza testrace up over the weekend, so we can get some good laps in. Since not driving the cup car for a few weeks, im >4 seconds off the pace.

New fast time for me at Monza in the Cup race setup but a new one..1'58.612.

I know it's splitting hairs but when it gets down to being on the limit that's what you get.

I havn't yet posted on this forum yet, so, i might aswell start now , bought gtr at the same time as adamfraser, who i have known for a long time, and hes a very good friend who goes to the same school as me. Hes been playing alot more but im getting there. Some people i know, porschenut, Nuclearcrap, dino scuderia and Matra et Alpine. im looking forward to meeting people i don't know Looking forward to driving with you all in the cup
