I like the blue and yellow one. However, the F40 is one of the few non racecar Ferraris that actually looks really good in red. Such a great, great car.

Someone who lives just down the street from me has a red F40, I haven't been able to get a picture though.
He came dancing across the water
    With his galleons and guns
    Looking for the new world
In that palace in the sun
    On the shore lay Montezuma
With his cocoa leaves and pearls

It was F40's 20th anniversary meeting at Mt. Fuji. 36 cars attended. Some higher res pics below.

It's not denial. I'm just very selective about the reality I accept.

I read somewhere that the guy owns the 36 cars...

Yes, me too. A couple of times. But that's not true. These cars belong to members of the Ferrari Club of Japan.

Doesn't Japan have very strict 65mph speed limits? Which must be awful. However, most of those cars look like they spend a lot of time on the track.

PS: I still like the blue and yellow one.

Generally, Japanese speed limit is 60 km/h (37 mph) with the exception of urban zones (40 km/h, 25 mph) and national highways (100 km/h, 62 mph).

Awful? Afaik, the maximum speed allowed in California is 70 mph (on some Interstate Highways). 62 and 70 is not that much of a difference. But I must admit that it's a rather strict limit. In Poland maximum speed on expressways is 130 km/h (81 mph) and I'm usually exceeding it
