I guess mine is, I got stopped last thursday because i overtook a colleague near a pedestrian crossing at night. My dad and I measured it and it was atleast 93 meters before the crossing, where i shoved my car in front of him again. My colleague was braking to pick up somebody. Definately don't agree with this ticket and really going to fight it. 240 euro and one point is a lot of punishment for this..

unfortunately there is no break-down according to the offense committed, (in particular whether the cops pulled a car over or a camera did the job), so I think these figures as such have no value.

From personal experience the more affordable the car is you're driving the more attention you get. When I got my license I never got stopped in my parents car, but plenty of times in my own MkI Fiesta - which couldn't break the speed limit if its life depended on it. Never got a ticket though. *knocks on wood*

I think how do you look like plays a pretty big role too.

I mean I look quite innocent and I've only been stopped once despite driving supercharged Minis, BMWs, Audis or Jags. And no tickets too.

Our older Commodore 1979 model, Had the cops pull me over all the time, Asking for ID did i steal it, Where was i going, Whats in the car, My age. Not a fast car at all.
Move onto the 1992 Commodore a car that is known to have dickheads behind the wheel. Not one cop pulled me over in it. It's lowered with exhaust not even a look.
Now with the 2000 Berlina nothing at all ever.
