I got a ride in a rally car today!

I got a ride in a proper rally car today! There was a charity event to raise money for the Snowy Southcare Emergency Chopper service and for $25 you got a ride round a 5km stage in a rally car. I got to go round in a Prodrive built, ex-Subaru works STi that used to run in the World Group N rally, was raced by Cody Crocker and it used to win pretty much everything. It was so fast and the ride was so much fun

    Entrance is £50 per lady.

For that they get to drive...

    HGV Wagons... 30 tonnes!
    JCB tractors & dumpers
    Skid steer buggies
    Mini diggers
    Possibly a tank

There will a few driving skill challenges...
    Reverse park autotest.
    Blindfold driving
    A milk round!

In addition, there will be passenger rides in an assortment of fast cars...
A Ferrari & a Cobra, as well as about 6 rally cars around a mini-stage.
