The Maserati 250 F.. It`s lovely.. for those who have heard the Sounds Of Goodwood with Nick Mason and his "litle" and "humble" car collection..
I have it on my PC.. But awfully big..
The BRM V16 is second.. and insane..

And the Ford/Lotus Twin Cam has a beutiful sound
Wich I listen to every time I go racing.. Since it sits right in front of me

Yeah! I agree. Also a 426-Hemi race car.

You should hear some of the highly modifed 426, 427, 429, 440, 454, 455 and 572- cu in cars that show up at the weekly car gathering. Tons of power when idling, then when they leave and demonstrate their power, you wonder why anyone would waste their time owning and driving those buzz-box cars (Honda, Toyota, etc) when you could be behind the wheel of a real car.

OK as long as you dont' go whining (again) when we point out that the first corner usually explains why

Somehow, I don't even think those guys with the 500-hp muscle cars even know what a corner is.

But don't feel too "bad" for them... just blowing away numerous "turbo" Nissans or whatever gives them a lot of satisfaction.

my friends dads rally STI (group A) has a VERY superb growl..

maybe not "the" best, but one of.

not to mention, it would easily hand anything on the roads arse back to it
(i am refering to before we got the sponsors paint on there.. we drove it across town, with stock tires on... but 300bhp under the hood with giant brakes and all the other rally goodies V8's no more!
