These things cost less than $21 to create.

At least in terms of the MDF layers. It just wouldn't survive shipping and then you'd get a bad rep.

It looks suspiciously like the thousands of others spread over the internets.

I remember you posting this a while back, good work and good luck in selling. But, like IB4R said, how do you plan on shipping this thing to the bidder or in that same sense... if they pick it up how do they go about transport?

yeah, you'd have one helluva time wrapping those 550 bottles in newspaper if you were gonna ship it anywhere

But that's real sweet. Not sure if I'd build mine outta Heine though...

Haha, well if you read the auction you would see they are all. And as i have stated 'Prefer pickup in Howick or buyer to organise postage' So shipping is on their head.

We chose Heineken because its green mainly.

It is all disassembled and in plastic crates brotha. Simple is you have a Ute or a van, or a 4wd. But thats for them to sort out. Just the same as if you would go to the shops and buy something large... you gotta make sure it will fit in your car before you buy it! haha

Funnily enough the size of the MDF sheet was the limiting factor in the size of the tree. We could only make it as big as the MDF sheet was wide :P

Actually cost about $25 in MDF, 5x $5 cans of black spray paint, then primer. Then a routing tool to cut the discs out, then a few hours work cutting, priming and painting. So over $50NZD + Time.

Suspicious? There's nothing suspicious about me mate. I didnt post this here for you guys to buy it, just thought you may wanna see how it goes.
