    type "ipconfig /release"
    type "ipconfig /renew"

There is no way for normal users to fix the IP your are given by the DHCP server, though the allocation rules invariably mean you are given the same IP address each time you go to the server.

For a fixed IP address you need to purchase a different service from your provider.

However, to asnwer the specific question .. each ISP is allocated a range of IP addresses. So if you switch ISPs you will end up with an IP allocated by the DHCP server in the range of the new ISP. So yes, your IP would change.
Matra can you see my IP address and if so can you tell me if myn changes, I have always seen something differnt when logging in So can you comfirm that for me please mate

Depending on your ISP and your modem ( cable, adsl, dial-up ) this will often return the IP just released. WHich was your original !!!!

Looking at your logs, yeah you've used a lot of IP addresses across 4 main domans and at least a doze different sub-domains.
Intrigued who is your ISP ? Looks like a VERY dynamic dial-up Points of Presence
