Our local Maestro

Here in South Africa we have got a Maestro manufacturing aluminium bodys for classic cars. He use model cars that very accurately manufactured and calculate from that to manufacture the real thing. Included in the pix is a Merc he did,and you can see the model standing on the body fender.

He actually manufactured his own Aston Martin. He tried to show me but the car was stacked with other small components and we were not able to uncover the coversheet.

He work 200m from the sea in a small workshop. Workforce of 3 and doing work for mostly European people and companies. Doing 4 bodies a year and living happily without even 30mins of stress....

Though to be fair the MG Maestro Turbo version was a stonking car -- a real wolf in sheeps clothing
