    I would love to compile a list, but I just realized that I don't know enough about older vintage cars to make a good judgement.

    My knowledge fades quickly once we go past the 90's.

    Don't I feel embarassed.

    I'm gonna research a good bit before I give a definite answer. Maybe I'll look at some of the cars that you guys have given.

    Two minor corrections. The Beetle did not exist in the 1930's. It was initially a project for DKW, later built as KdF-wagen. It was not until the late 40's that the VW Käfer(Beetle) was actually produced with this name. Also some notable changes to the car were made.

    The Citroën DS started production in 1955.
