And the list of Renaults is rather patethic. This list is very obviously US-oriented.

Thank you Matheus for your very long list of drag strip times. Much more than 5 minutes work in compiling that.

I have always been interested in the comparitive performance of various cars and smile when I see how slow the revered classics (MGB???) really are. The E type Jaguar may be an exception.

An (almost) affordable Corvette Z06 is as quick as the Ferrari F40, which I have always considered to be the chariot of the gods.

I love these lists. Please post more and add fills, guys

Welcome to UCP, and yes the "revered" classics are slow but like the MGB hardly designed for the dragstrip. It would run away from a contemporary Cadillac on any English country road....
Pity such lists never include braking performance, because that it is where progress has really improved.

quite! if fuel consumption and mpg could be compared we could also see some big developments.

    0-60 Times

    Matheus,

I've been searching for a list like this for a while to check my old Grand National against the competition. Thanks for posting it.

By the way, for stats on current models PCN is pretty good.

These stats are now updated weekly. I think before they were only updated twice a year.

Then you should have kept it on a lead.

And we'll need a more specific description than that if you're expecting us to get it back for you.

Sorry for such late reply, but I've just seen the post.
