During my vacation in the Black Forest (Schwarzwald) in Germany last week, I spotted this beauty. First I didn't know much about the car, untill my dad told me what Borgward was. I took only 5 pics, but I still hope some members will apreciate the pics!

It's a nice car, but nothing really special Try and find a driving Wartburg in western-germany, that is rare (and rusty) !!!

It's not that rare... I found one in Berlin last summer...

And managed to take a pic of it amongst other oddities.

There are various in The Netherlands too I shot a picture of one at the Nationaal Concours section of Concours het Loo in 2004. It is in my pictures that i posted backthen, search and you will find it

Lots of love for the Borgward Isabella, a quality vehicle which was beautifully engineered and made. They were surprisingly popular here but I've not seen such a befinned example before

I have found the CD with the pics, so you'll se my Trabie, and the other oddities.

They are: a Morris Minor 1000, a BMW 2002 on a race or something, a Toyota Celica Liftback, a Citroen 2CV with Traction Avant front and finally the Trabie.

There is one located less than 50 metres from my seat everyday And it's a tii !!!
