So you can buy top gear episodes in the US?

Wonder why they haven't done that here?? They'd make a mint and could maybe reduce the licence fee..

Yeah, I heard it was good.

I'm doing all my gaming now because I won't have any time to game during the semester.

I bought one of the new 11" Macbook Airs. Seems nice, decided to leave it in 'natural' scrolling because I've never used a multipoint trackpad before. No muscle memory to be confused. Lion seems fine to me, but again.. never used the earlier ones.

Yeah I have gotten used to the natural scrolling as well. It will be a problem when using another system though.
If you should see a man walking down a crowded street talking aloud to himself, don't run in the opposite direction, but run towards him, because he's a poet. You have nothing to fear from the poet - but the truth.

I am used to Leopard and Snow Leopard, but from first impressions it does look like Lion is a bit of a mess.

But I haven't used it yet, so I'll have to give it a try later.

I don't care for the multipoint trackpad, since I have an older white MacBook anyway.

Besides, it's practically a portable desktop for me, so I've added a Logitech wireless mouse with a scroll wheel on it. Thus, I don't use any of that fancy multitouch stuff.

I bought The Sims 3 (3DS), Puzzle Bobble Universe (3DS), and an old second hand Nintendo DS (I bought it to play GBA games).

If you like DS games and Zelda, you should get Okamiden, you might like it.

    Just got one of these.

Mainly got for Life, but for all 4 documentaries, it can't be a bad price.

And David Attenborough is narrating, not stupid Oprah.

Now my major issue is that it's getting to my home around September 1st, right after I start school.

Not exactly recent, but I've been away a while...

1974 Chevrolet Nova... Originally a straight-6 car. Now has the tried and true 350 V8. 3-speed, used to be on the colum, is now on the floor. body is straight, no rust. Was in primer when we bought it, but rattled canned it black while I effort real paint... Got it in March of this year. Had a Holley on it that was giving me fits. Replaced with an Edelbrock 750. I Reworked the exhaust... Pulled it all off, tossed everything but the mufflers (Flowmaster 40's) and put on long tube headers, back to the mufflers and then dumped at the rear axle. Sounds meaner than it is

Anyway, I hope y'all like it as much as we do.

FWIW: It came with an antique tag from '74 (seen in the first pic), which I promptly hung on the wall and put a new tag on (seen in the last pic)...

I love Novas. You're lucky the 350 has the single biggest aftermarket in the world. Put the time, effort, and money, and you'll have a beefy motor in no time.

When are you taking her to the strip?

I'm looking for a moped. Browsing craigslist. Mom won't let me have a motorcycle.

I got a Peugeot for free.

It's actually an old mountain bike somebody left in the bushes outside an apartment. At least I'm guessing that it's abandoned (slight bit of rust and could use a tuneup. I've put up ads in the craiglist and town wiki so, if stolen, the rightful owner can claim the bike with proper proof.
I'm dropping out to create a company that starts with motorcycles, then cars, and forty years later signs a legendary Brazilian driver who has a public and expensive feud with his French teammate.
