A look-alike, BUT what they've done is made it a three seater and central driving position.

Heavier, BUT going to be interesting what the tuners do by importing competition Subaru parts off the shelf into it

For me, this sits too high for road use and the need to do a track geometry version to get it to sit lower.

WIthin the reach of many more potential owners than the Ariel now is.

Think I'd take a 600HP Scoobie powered one of these

Forget about one of those, why not get a Caterham 7 and strip all the bodywork off of it?

    The original scaffolding car, perhaps?

I can understand why they're doing it, and really.. this is better marketing than a 'stickers and stripes' special edition. Or making it 'footballer friendly'.

there are currently some evo engined copies getting around locally.. that could see some big power.
makes sense having a mugen special edition; it is honda engined after all.

^^ the RS engines (500hp I cited) and the Powertec (RPA V8) are not related.

Total Atom weight is what we need as ancillaries nad gearboxes may differ (should) and so crate engine weights dont help much

We got comparative weights for the Mugen and the supercharged ?
the RS engine is a ringer for the Hartley hayabusa v8 as well , i did confuse it with the Powertec . the 500 hp RS engine isnt NA tho , & it was the 3.0 normally aspirated version that was added to make the v8 Atom

yep, everyone copied the drive to use the 'Busa block as the core of a V8.
So they all end up looking the same and having similar outputs
I doubt I coudl tell from the outside if the logos were removed !!!

Why does everyone like the Ariel Atom Mugen it only a normal Ariel Atom with extra power and some stickers, although at least it show that Ariel company is doing well, i mean they have had two new cars out recently, this car and the Ariel Atom V8
