It'll be hard coz he's banned for a day.

he was bloody told along with the rest to drop this AND I've sent him PMs advising him.

Problem solved for a day anyway

let me repeat, drop this guys and return to the thread topics or face censure.

Getting back to the threads intended theme. Henk has a valid point but Christmas has become secular holiday more than a religious one. So, unless the non-christian members object, I don't see why not.

i dont object, but it would be nice if we could make it not-just-christmas. like hanukah and crhistmas rolled into one.

A celebration at this time existed before it was decided that it would be "Christmas"

It's over 4000 years old. The 12 days of Christmas, the bright fires, the yule log, the giving of gifts, carnivals(parades) with floats, carolers who sing while going from house to house, the holiday feasts, and the church processions can all be traced back to the early Mesopotamians.

    So "Merry Mesopotamia"

You're not the only one, but it may have been best. Matra didn't need 2 more members getting in on this. HE had enough has it was.

woah, really? wow, so thats now 3 things that ive seen matra know most everything about (cars, guns, history of religion). lol, thats pretty cool. but for example, instead of just christmassy things getting on the site, maybe like a menorah/hanukeah and a few things like that
