    DiRT demo available! (PC/X360)

: The first event is a Crossover race with players competing against Colin McRae himself. Set in Germany, the Avelsbachring’s smooth but twisty tarmac is the perfect battleground for a pair of Subaru Impreza WRX STI spec Cs; McRae’s car complete with his 2006 Summer X-Games No Fear livery. Then, with nine other racers aggressively competing for position, it’s a fierce C.O.R.R. competition in V8 650hp buggies at the Bark River Off Road Raceway, Michigan.

I was expecting more from the physics, but it's almost as arcadey as NFS. The cars just drive way too lightly. Superb graphics, though.

well, i downloaded it. It plays and looks great on ultra graphics settings. Has a very sleek and shiny look to it. One that is a nice surprise given the ragid-tree branch-terrain from the previous PC versions.

The 360 controller works great with it. Full rumble support.

The only bad thing, and it is very off putting, is the co-driver and commentary. Who in the right mind had the idea to put an over-enthusiastic american in the seat next to me in a Colin Mcrae game. And talk to me throughout the menu. Give me Nicky Grist back dammit! It's just not the same.

Instead of him saying "Well done" in his warm welsh accent after a hard stage. Its 'You won! awesome!'
