you could either change there file type in windows explorer, or you could open them up in a picture program such as photoshop, picture it express and change it to JPG there

    You called?

Love 'em almost as much as cars I go to the annual Sunderland Airshow every year, and I went to the Royal International Air Tatoo a year or so ago too. Now that was cool! One of the highlights was a flypast of the B2 and F-117. The sound of the B2 has to be heard to be belived.. it was so loud it set the alarm of a Police Transit off I have plenty of photos..

Here's some of my favorite plane pics... obviously not taken by me.

A lot of petrolheads love planes too.

    ME

Flown Concorde ( IN it not piloting - if only  )

My dad was Hurricane pilot in WW2, so I was brought up knowing LOTS about planes ! Along with cars the love just rubbed off.

The Concorde in Scotland is at East Fortune airfield musem near me.
They had to split the wings and fuselage and send it up by ship and then by special trasnport across prepared fields to get it in. The strip at East Fortune being too small for Concorde. Shame. It's still in bits in the main shed. Will be awesome to see it out beside the Vulcan on display there.

Always used to go with my father to air shows and museums.
Sadly can't anymore as he passed away last year.
Been planning a charity eent for the hospice he was in tyo get the 2-seter Spit up to Glasgow for some experience flights etc. etc. Still hoping to do that.

I also was lucky to get to know the niece of a pilot in the "Confederate Air Force" and had a promise of a seat in the B17 anytime they were showing when I was over on business. Each time I was in one place they were always ata damn show somewhere else. It breaks my heart each year I miss the chance - likely gone for good now as I've not kept in contact.

Search for angels for one of the neatest flight vids I've seen

The first one was the equivalent of posting a Winnebago here on UCP as your favourite car !!
The second one brings back too many memories. HK is a sh!tty airport to fly in to. Even worse for the poor folks living ABOVE the flight line. Yep, you can look ACROSS into peopls flats as you come in.

Yeah, I've seen the Lanc' of the Battle Of Britain Memorial Flight (BBMF) in the air with the rest of the Flight. Not seen one in 'Dambuster' spec though. I don't know if any of the origional 617 Squadron Lancs that actually flew the Dambuster raid even exist any more...
