What does SERA stand for? Is this an "official" Ferrari or aftermarket?

I know the owner of this car. Car was a 348 that was wrecked. The owner sent his car at Charles Pozzi Garage in Levallois-Perret near Paris and asked them to make something really radical for the track. The guys who worked on this car were the same who worked on the 512BB-LM and F-40LM "Pozzi" programs. Power and grip are impressive.

That spoiler really wrecks it. Without it it's a cool and unique custom Ferrari, but the wing is just so tacky ricer-ish it ruins it.
