ahhh I dunno if this suits shelby. It looks just like a mustang with a big engine and some nice rims. They should have made it more radical, like when the 67' GT500 it was radical..........

There weren't to many radical changes to the exterior of the car in 1967, just the big motor, rear lights, interior, scoops and the extended hood, quite similar to what they did with this car.

the last pic is carroll shelbey testing out the new 2006 SVT mustang Cobra. He will help SVT in modding the SVT cobra just like how SVT helped with the Shelbey Cobra.

oh ok, because the interior is not from the same car as the pics on the previous page, so I was wondering why it would be in this thread

yeah the earlier shelbies didnt look too much different than a regular mustang from the outside...in 69 and 70 they looked way different. one thing i wish they would have done with these new shelby's is put rear tail lights on them that were similar to the 67-70 tail lights. i also wish you could get it in another color besides red. they need a white one with blue stripes. that would be awesome lookin. nonetheless its a bad ass car and my dads planning on buying one when they come out...i cannot wait. 2 shelbies parked in the driveway...hell yeah

i still cant believe they have the cheek to call this the gt500, attempting to re-live the absolute mustang legend from the late 1960's, this car doesnt even touch it, and to call it the same name is somewhat an insult to the beauty of the original
