It wasnt a race incident, thats for sure. Rick hit Craigs rear quarter. If he hit him dead on, they accept that but not the rear quarter.

Ill put the second in if I get in on time that is. Rick is a cheating little c***. They said just before the race that Walkinshaw or whoever said win it or bin it. That means in my mind, do what ya gotta do to get in front. Nothen to lose, everythen to gain. Im ****ed if I watch V8's next year if they don't take Ricks points for the last race off him. They can **** emselves if they let him go scott free.
Sorry CL, heart goes out, them cunts at AVESCO don't like ya buddy, they can take a flyin **** at a rolling donut.

    1. Kelly hit Lowndes under brakes
    2. Rick knows that if he had hit him constently he would be black flagged

    Common Sense

...and what did I tell you, Kelly was going to win, and he did just that. I'm so excited and happy that he had won the 2006 V8 Supercar Championship.

In that case he shouldve repositioned the car to hit Lowndes dead on. Maybe then Lowndes couldve kept it together. As it happened, Lowndes' car became unsettled and due to the manner he was hit, slit not only forwards, but sideways.

They mightn't've been up to temp yet, do you think about that?

Is that in the rules? Cause otherwise why should he? I really doubt Lowndes would've.

Why should he? He may have been lucky and had it go down as a racing incident.

As i said before, the officials dont tolerate rear quarter hits, whilst dead on hits are accepted (but to an extent of course)

Just watched it on the news. Rick got black flagged for it. Wasn't even a massive hit.

Here is my point of view..

All weekend there has been moans of blocking from 888.. When kelly gets a run on CL's car he comes too the white line too block.. Now that is a little hypercritical in my eyes, Don't moan about blocking all week and then block.
The contact was so minor i am so shocked it spun him off, I seen plenty of harder hits all weekend that didnt send cars off.
But after the spin who would have seen the hit coming that stuffed CL's right wheel up?.

But going on Compton's comments i think he was slighty suggesting the same. And then commented on they need too get together and talk about blocking for next year.

Did Bright get a drive through for hitting skaife race 1?

But i'll say this in large letter, If Kelly was going too knock CL out of the race he would have done it right. And too be honest if there was that type of tactics going through anyone's mind it surely wouldn't have been his, Because he has a championship too win or loose. The other drivers don't care that would be more like someone who has nothing too loose mentality.

Slick, youre allowed to block once. Do it again, you get the bad sportsmanship flag. Do it again, drive through.

Rick was trying to overtake him under brakes.

You can block but you cant move over too the white line on the other side of the track and slam the door closed.
But this will be the argument all till next years final blocking, What is allowed and what isn't allowed. Cause if you black flag some for it, And let others go something needs too be done. I'd like too know why only cars in front of the 888 car were sited ?.

If Lowndes was over on the white line, how then did Rick tag his right rear?

Furthermore if people think it was such a small incident, why didnt Rick avoid it?
