This is not my entry yet, but I saw some odd birds in the netherlands as well
I have no idea what it was exactly, maybe a Hellcat ???
No No No No No! That's an SBD Dauntless dive bomber. This is an F6F Hellcat (not my pic):
EDIT: Don't know what the other plane is. Hmmm...
"Kimi, can you improve on your [race] finish?"
"No. My Finnish is fine; I am from Finland. Do you have any water?"
Is it bird week? I know it isn't really, but I guess people have been looking to the sky recently.

Thanks !
The other is some kind of Cessna, i think. I was rather surprised when this one came by at the seaside. Luckily I was sitting in my car, with the right (70-300mm) lense for the ship spotting. I was about to go home after almost 12 hours, when this flew over.
Is it rare or anything ? i guess so, since you dont see them come over very often, but have no idea t be honest..
My other bird picture(entry) comes tonight.
