Background app

I've been trolling 4walled to find some unique backgrounds and all, and I keep seeing these desktops with all sorts of information layed in the background. You'll see for yourself in the photo attatched, the clock and information is all sleekly in the background.

Looks sexy, does anybody know to set this up?

I believe that is called Rainmeter

I've been wanting to put something like on my laptop, but it'll probably be a too much of resource-hog.
