Why does the blue Scaglietti have a provisional plate?

Under it there seems to be regular registration plate...

the Alfa Spider also was in the same conditions...i guessed, for as regards the 612, it is a Ferrari's car or of a dealer, but without a valid insurance, so they used a provisional plate to solve the problem. so for the Alfa probably...

awesome pics of awesome cars, but shame about the ropes/barriers being too close to a lot of them.

a lot of old men where there just to stand between me and the cars. they acted like they are a sort of "enzo ferrari failure", maybe that was their revenge...

    i guess i didn't express myself properly...
what i was saying, is more or less, this. there were a lot of "grandfather", old men, especially the second day, in the square, looking at the cars. listening to them, to what they was saying an with which attitude, i felt they think to be as good as Enzo Ferrari, probably "one of us" they think, but they didn't have the same opportunities or what else, so they are blaming fate for the fact that now they are looking at a car with the name of a man that was in a way like them.
so i like to consider the fact they were continuously hindering me from taking the shoots of ferrari's cars as a sort of silly revenge...

i hope my english is good enough this time...
