What do UCP Members do for a living

I thought it would be interesting to find out what people on UCP do for a living. How many of us actually work with cars, i don't and a lot of others don't.

I'll start with myself.

I'm in my first year of collage studying Agriculture, i am all still at school as a year 12 half the time, i also work on a farm two days a week. (Work experience, unpaid ) I have been offered a job at the farm i work at so next year i should be earning money, and then i can drive.

So, what do you do for a living?

Print and promotional marketing sales rep. They call it an “Account manager” these days.
Can’t say my “career” has been smooth sailing but survived several promotions and redundancies to be back around where I was 20 years ago. At the moment with a decent company and a good boss and actually not hating the idea of coming to work on a Monday. I guess that’s as good as it has ever been.
I strongly believe you have to do all you can to make your own opportunities but despite that, employment, much like life in general, is a lot about good timing and good luck. Being in the right place at the right time and having the good sense to take advantage of opportunities. Then hoping others don’t step in and f#@k it up for you.

finished my (most likely) last consultancy assignment on December 1st. So, yes, retired is one word, but 100% available to enjoy life is the other...

I work with the Occupy Wall-Street department. I also perform public speaking and use the occupy movement to conceal my transient lifestyle. I look forward to giving purpose to my life while making sure police have job security.
