Who cares?
Sorry but Honestly who gives two s**ts.

Become a real state?
and have to put up with corrupt governments, shitehouse laws, ugly premiers and the knowledge that I can always just skip the border should things go awry?
F**k that.
You're the ones missing out
Also, Double posts are a result of Firefox caring a little too much for Origin. I just don't see the point really....But then again I don't see the point in many ball sports.....

I have nowhere else to put this, so meh.
IB4R's "joining the herd/killing the meme" Car Review: Volvo 850 GLE
Is it practical?
Reasonably, but things could be better. the interior itself is spacious for front seat passengers with plenty of storage space for odds and sods, however the glovebox is ridiculously small for a vehicle of this size. furthermore the rear seats are somewhat cramped and have a small door opening.
The interior itself is well laid out and easy to work.
Is it economical?
13.2l/100km. Not so much.
But see if you can do better trying to force a brick into the wind.
Is it fun to drive?
There are moments of lulz. The steering is reasonably meaty but has a tendancy to wander under road imperfections. Doesn't torque steer nearly as much as I expected, but will understeer if pushed. Has a passive rear suspension setup that allows for a much cleaner turn in. However the car is tremendously underpowered and unless you rev it's nuts off you'll need a run up for those Dorifuto rounds.
Roundabouts can be epic win and epic fail, the tail can come around but you'll lose front end grip long before that......
Will it break down all the time?
After nearly three years with the car I have had only one serious incident of failure and that was a battery which in turn caused alternator failure.
I have been remarkably lax with my servicing of this car and it's taken it like a champ. Reliability is a strong point of this vehicle. Like Brick Tambland, people like it because it is rarely late.
Is it easy to park?
Easier than you would believe. there is still a massive front overhang which does create dramas, and a high rear end which makes the ends of the car a little bit of a guessing game, but the turning circle is relatively tight for such a large vehicle and there is always the option of simply punting other cars out of the way....
What if I go to a Shopping Centre and get chased by baddies in a Corvette?
Drive straight at them...You're in a god damn tank.
Is it green?
Only when driven into a hedge. otherwise it's anthracite.
Can I afford it?
This particular model cost me $4,700 two and a bit years ago. It's currently worth around $3,700. So yes, easily affordable.
What If I'm asked to take part in a beach assault with the Royal Marines?
As a plus point, it's a god damn tank, and it's reasonably corrosion resistant.
On the downside, the baleen front end would create an epic shovel into the sand. so approach angles aren't fantastic.....
Well, hopefully that kills the meme dead.
In case anyone forgot what a breeze block looks like.

I'ma put this here for my old Volvo too then..
pimento's "retrogasmic because he can" Car Review: Volvo 850R
Is it practical?
It's a large 4-seater from the mid ninties.. nothing amazing, but I could fit a pushbike or some 1.8 metre long timber in the back easily.. so spacious enough.
Is it economical?
Averaged 14ish l/100km. Not bad for the oomph it has.. and the way I drove it.
Is it fun to drive?
Best FWD evar. LSD, great suspension, high limit of adhesion.. it took some balls to get it to serious understeer territory. I tried to whip the tail around when parking it on the handbrake once, but I was going far too slow it turned out. It's brilliant for road trips.
Will it break down all the time?
Aww hell no. Brilliantly reliable, but costly at service.. when the air-con breaks anyway.
Is it easy to park?
Piece of piss.. but then, I am a driving god.
What if I go to a Shopping Centre and get chased by baddies in a Corvette?
See above..
Is it green?
Bright red, baby.. it goes faster that way!
Can I afford it?
If you want a European sports saloon for cheap.. then yes. About A$10K ought to do it... maybe more for a nice red manual one like this.
What If I'm asked to take part in a beach assault with the Royal Marines?
Not great.. ground clearance out of the boat would be an issue, and the front end would scoop up all the water..
All in all, I was super impressed with my Volvo.. for what it cost, it was an excellently quick, nicely sleepery super saloon.. and Peter Brock reckoned they were great too! Brilliance.

Since all the cool kids are doing it: 2005 Suzuki GSX-R1000
Is it practical?
If you don't have to take more than one person anywhere and get a tail-bag, sure. Park it anywhere, lane-split etc etc.
Is it economical?
Yep. Get's 5-6L/100km with a reasonably heavy hand.
Is it fun to drive?
It hits 100km/h in under 3 seconds. Work it out for yourself.
Will it break down all the time?
No. But it is a Suzuki so if I crash it the frame will more than likely snap in half.
Is it easy to park?
It's 1.5m long and about a foot wide.
What if I go to a Shopping Centre and get chased by baddies in a Corvette?
You'd most likely highside it on the slippery floor.
Is it green?
Yes and no. Yes it does less than 6L/100km, but so do small cars like Yaris', Jazz's. My bike weighs 200kg, they weigh over 1000kg. Depending on the tyres you use and your riding, you could get only get ~5000km out of a rear. But less materials used to make it. But I pretend it is.
Can I afford it?
$12k 2nd hand, then a shitload for full comp insurance, and if you're young, CTP as well. Tyres, chains, oil add up quickly. Plus all the riding gear. And trackdays. And parts when you inevitably knock it over the in driveway. Plus mods. So maybe.
What If I'm asked to take part in a beach assault with the Royal Marines?
Yeah no.
Faster, faster, faster, until the thrill of speed overcomes the fear of death...

2009 Safeways trolley.
Is it practical ?.
It holds a large capacity.
Is it economical ?.
Yes 0l/100km.
Is it fun to drive ?.
As long as people stay out of the way.
Will it break down all the time ?.
Depends how others treat her.
Is it easy to park ?.
Sure just ram it in line takes up very little space.
What if I go to a Shopping Centre and get chased by baddies in a Corvette?
I will just use a decoy trolley and put them off.
Is it green?
On the handles.
Can i afford it ?
As long as safeways doesn't increase the $1 per ride charge.
What If I'm asked to take part in a beach assault with the Royal Marines?
Yes that could be a problem, I don't have sand tyres.
"Just a matter of time i suppose"
"The elevator is broke, So why don't you test it out"
"I'm not trapped in here with all of you, Your all trapped in here with me"
I use the baskets.. they're more economical and better in the sand. Not so useful for the Corvette thing though... unless they run over it and it bursts their tyres.
But a basket can't hold 2 boxes of drinks, And 24 bottles of water.

"The elevator is broke, So why don't you test it out"

This is true.. this is true.. but then, I have to walk home with my shopping in my backpack. Not sure I'd want to walk home with all that!
Trolleys are scary things.
my mate thought it might be fun to go down a parking ramp in one.
Yeah, they don't turn. instant collar bone destruction.

It's also very scary you posted twice.
Have seen that happen, Trolley - ramp - human = Accident.
We used to pinch the front wheels for a go cart. Try controlling that great idea.
