My opinion as well. I got through most of COD4, it wasn't so great. I beat COD5, and it wasn't anything special at all.

Heck, I don't even remember the mortars.

And Gran Turismo 5 Prologue is not a multiplayer friendly game. Tried it at a friend's house, and I forgot that you need saved game data to get any good cars at all. Didn't turn out fun.

And how do you transfer saved game data on the PS3 with a thumb drive? I tried doing that with Fallout 3 data, it would copy to the thumb drive, but it wouldn't copy from the thumb drive to the PS3. It wouldn't be able to read it.

Yeah they were OK. I enjoyed the mission in the plane but I got a bit fed up with the constant "BANZAI!!!" and then looking around to see a bayonet sticking in you.

For me the russian campaign where you had to outflank the enemy in big open spaces was more satisfying. Having said that the tank bit was rubbish

I've been rocking Red Faction: Guerilla. So much fun, I keep forgetting to do the missions.

I didnt really have any particular moments i hated. For the most part it was enjoyable, just too short. Sometimes the levels seemed to get into a bit of a loop of just endless hordes of enemies as well.

Same here. I've become an expert bridge demolitionist on that game.

I've also been playing Battlestations Pacific. Don't know why, but that game sucked me in for some reason.........and I'm usually not much of a strategy game fan.

Then Friday I boned up the 15 bucks and downloaded Battlefield 1943. I'm liking everything so far except one............explosives don't seem to do barely any splash damage. I've dropped fighter bombs right smack in the middle of a squad of guys only to have them walk away without a scratch. Same with the tank cannons. I fired 5 rounds at a guy in a tower and didn't kill him until my 6th shot beaned him in the head. Other than that it's pretty fun. Kind of like BF2 Lite.

    I thought you liked it?

Finished Ratchet and Clank Tools of Destruction. Good game- it's a lot like the first two Ratchet and Clank games for the PS2. If you liked those, you'll like this one. Story is a bit weak- they rehashed things a bit. But gameplay is very good. And it utilized the SixAxis thingy the best out of all the games I've played so far.

Price of Persia 1 (Sands of Times) is an awesome game.
Didn't play the second chapter, but the third (the two trones) is overdone.
Probably they feared the competition from God of War and eneded up with a messed and want-to-be-everything-but-isn't-something-worth-to-be played game.

Just opened and cleaned the PS2 controller. three buttons weren't working anymore.
    now fingers crossed.

It depends on how much longer you want to hold onto your PS2 and how much money you want to spend. I don't repair controllers, but maybe you can get a new PS2 controller? You could try aftermarket ones. Logitech makes good wireless ones.
